Yep I do. I started having mine after my daughter was born and then found out I had HBP. I am
taking Verapamil 240mg for Blood PRessure and Nothing for my anxeity. I have a real fear of this
disease. I am constantly thinking I am going to have a heart attack or stroke. I am forever taking
my BP which doesn't help my anxeity any, cause if it's high, I get upset and it just keeps getting

e-mail me anytime. What does your normal BP run? Mine at home is 130/80, but at the doctors
it is 140/90, so I think I have White Coat Syndrome.
