Can anyone tell me why my bloop pressure goes sky
high at night. Daily b/p 150/90 then around 2:00am to
4:am , generally I'm warm b/p 210/100 I take some deep
breaths for few minutes about 15 I go back to sleep and it happens at least one more time. I've been on many different type of medications for a little over one year. I'm just know learning what to do, so I,m over weight, inactive,not the best diet.
