5 yrs ago at the tender age of 20 i had a sudden attack of high bp, for no apparent cause, along with palpitations, it happened about 4 times over a period of a month, and since then have felt fatigued. Over the last 6 months, i have experienced increased pressure in my head which seems to have spread throughout my body, I have undergone multiple tests, blood work, CT, and echo check for my bicuspid aortic valve, all fine, bp is ranges between 140/90 and 150/95 most of the time,(although at the upper limit of normal range Dr's will not prescribe meds) could a 5 yr slight increase in bp, higher than my own limit have this culminating effect on my body?? I'm going crazy any advice please??
