Over the last 6 months, i have experienced increased pressure in my head which seems to have spread throughout my body, I have undergone multiple tests, blood work, CT, and echo check for my bicuspid aortic valve, all fine, bp is ranges between 140/90 and 150/95 most of the time,(although at the upper limit of normal range Dr's will not prescribe meds) could a 5 yr slight increase in bp, higher than my own limit have this culminating effect on my body?? Gee, my laymans comment is I doubt it - any chance is psychological - just you stressing out about it?

Does something like aspirin or an anti-inflammatory have any effect on it? Have there been any lifestyle changes in that period of time?
