My dad is age 64 and has had coronary bypass surgery 2 years ago. He is now experiencing red bumps on his ears. He has gone to three dermatologists and they have no idea of what it is. Can you help. Is this caused by his past heart problems. Note: he has not stayed on his low-fat diet and is drinking again.
