I might be showing my ignorance here but what's abnormal about your BP readings? They ARE supposed to change from sitting to standing and lying - yours do. And they ARE supposed to change with the position of your arm. The instructions that come with my BP monitor clearly say to take readings with you arm bent, supported by your side and the microphone on the cuff at about the same level as your heart!
