All your fluctuations in BP are relatively normal. I can maybe see how any pain or stress regarding your neck could be causing your BP to be up but to say your neck problem itself is causing it seems to be drawing a bit of a long bow. You don't actually say if your neck is causing you problems - surely you must have been having pain for him to give you anti-inflammatories - if not I reckon its time for a change of doctor. Sounds like overservicing to me. You also don't say what your other lifestlye details are eg whether you're overweight, unfit etc etc but perhaps you do need to be treated for mild hypertension (and not your neck!)
