: Regarding your query about pain. Well there was a kind of a mild pain the type you get if you develop a catch while sleeping, but nothing alarming at all.

OK, so he's given you anti-inflammatories to calm your neck down. Fine. Take Orions advice and sleep in a better position (not on your stomach with your head turned to one side)! :-)

I am not overweight(i think!)i am 177 cms tall and weigh 158 pounds.
: My bp for the last two days has been between 120/80 and 150/90 but the avg has been mostly 140/100.I guess i must add i smoke occassionally 3-4 in the evening and sometimes not for 2-3 days.
: Drinking is a different matter i have 3 drinks(scotch)daily.

So your BP is marginal and you may need meds. Smoking and drinking won't help - but I drink too and you have to have some pleasures! It helps to be fit too - I run and eat well (like low fat etc).

Sounds like you'll live! :-))
