My husband is in his 60's. Pressure has been on the elevated side for years. Recently, he received two epidural injections for a back injury. His pressure went up during the first one. Two weeks later he returned. Although by now his pressure was into the 200's, the doctor gave him the second epidural injection. His pressure continued to climb. As he left the doctor's office, the doctor stated he should have the pressure checked. Two days later it was 240/140. He is now on MANY meds and is severly depressed. Has anyone ever heard of a reaction like this? The pressure cannot be stabilized now. The pressure has never went back to where it was to begin with, this has been 10 months now. Thank you.
