Hi Iam 16.I went to eckerds and took my blood pressure and it was 165/115 is that really high? . I never take my blood pressure but I decided to do it today. Iam not overweight, and I do excercise and Iam a male. Last year I got a physical and my bp was fine. well please help . Thanks for the time.also please tell of good bp sites that I can go to . thanks again
