Hi there:
You failed to mention whether or not you take any medication for your high BP. It seems to me, that maybe you should be. When I was diagnosed, mine was 150/100, and the doc said that was way too high. Also, do you exercise regularly? That can help somewhat, but some people just have this condition, for no apparent reason. I have a friend who is 6" tall, maybe 145 pounds, exercises regularly, and has had high bp all his life. Sometimes, its just genetic.
