My doctor told me if you think you have high blood pressure you have it. I have been trying to forget about it & go on with my life. I have seen it signficantly lower in the past month (in the 130 over 85 range). It was 150 over 101 for 2 straight months. Have you been taking Potassium, Omega 3, and Garlic? These supplements have really helped me. Also, be sure to lay off caffeine. I was drinking way too much coffee and experienced a panic attack one night after having a double latte. My heart was pounding and I could barely breath. I started sweating profusely. I really thought I was going to die. I called paged my doctor and he said to calm down because this happens to people all the time. My doctor told me if my bp does not go down in the next 3 months, she wants to put me on medication. I don't think I want to. Good luck and stay calm! (Try Yoga, this really calms your mind)
