  Echinacea with Blood pressure medication (Catapres)

I take Catapres blood pressure medication (Clonidine generic) and I have bronchical asthma as a result of 3 bouts with pneumonia in the past 3 years. I have had my flu and pneumonia shot. I take 4 blood pressure pills a day and I want to take Echinacea to help the respiratory and build my immune system up. Can I take Echinacea with blood pressure medication.
