It seems when I take my blood pressure my systolic number always tends to be high. Today it was 188/87, the first number has been in the 180's yet the other below 90. I am a little unclear as to what this might indicate. By the way I'm 48, w/f, non smoker/drinker, on the pill, about 20 pounds overweight.
