Anything I say should not substitute for advice from your doctor. I cant seem to find any problems with taking all these drugs at the same time. You should avoid grapefruit juice, oat bran and pectin with the zocor though. You may want to take enteric coated aspirin (Ecotrin and generics) or take the aspirin with food as it can be hard on the stomach.
