You only really need to be concerned if your BP is over 140/90. All those readings are typical of what happens when you have your BP taken after you climbed stairs, were in traffic, were nervous, etc. Normal BP varies quite a bit during the day for the average person. Real HBP is consistently high, you would have been 140/90 one day and 150/100 the next. Then there is labile blood pressure which really varies in the highs and lows, I really don't think you have that. As long as you don't feel dizzy, have no headaches or blurred vision or any other symptoms I think you can be confident that you are OK. If you really want to be cautious you can buy a home BP kit and take it at the same time every day. That's what I do, and it has given me a lot of peace of mind. My BP varies more than you and my doctor has not put me on medication.
As beatle says, I am not a doctor either, this is just my opinion.
