I too have had varying degrees of BP during the day in the past, and now it's pretty much settled down. I wonder what constitutes HBP? Can some doctor answer this? My doctor told me that everyone's BP fluctuates, even people with HBP, however, it's my opinion that once the damage is done (hardening of the arteries) that the BP pretty much stays on the higher end and doesn't go into the lower. Is this a good assumption? Somebody answer us???!
