BP is lowest in the am. Depending on your age your
pressure readings fall in the low middle of the scale.
If your under 40 that is too high.
Rest at least 5 minutes before you take your
blood pressure. Don't eat or drink anything
right before taking it.
The difference between the two numbers should
always be 40 or less.
