Hi, I just recently went back to the doctor and got the results of my lipid panel. My bad cholesterol is at
181. My doctor told me when it gets to 190 that is when they put you on medication. I had been watching
what I eat and I was doing excersises four times a week for three months and my bad cholesterol still shot
up from 155 to 181. My doctor is giving me exactly two months to get it to go down on my own. If not she
is sending me to some kind of specialist. I have now put myself on a strict diet to see if it'll help. But I
could really use some advice from any of you out there. I am at my ropes end. I am not overweight and
I had been watching very closely what I ate, but that didn't work. If you can help me in any way, it would
be much appreciated..
God Bless Everyone.
