: : > Iím feeling a bit guilty. Just got back from a 3-day camping trip. We were served bacon & eggs, french toast, sausages, white breads, peach cobbler, hamburgers, hot-dogs, brownies, you get the picture. I ate everything & more (didnít want to offend my hosts you see). Well, Monday morning itís back to my Ďregularí diet.

: What a trip indeed. Oh...I would say you had a good weekend. Don't feel guilty. If your regular diet doesn't sound like the one you had over the weekend, this little excursion to the sweet side of the track shouldn't hurt you. I mean you have to have some kinda treats for your body sometimes. Otherwise you'd go through a withdrawl. And that's bad. I've had a binge day because I've deprived myself all delectibles. Now I know to treat myself every once in a while just so I don't have this massive craving.

> Thanks Baja200. Unfortunately, I did suffer some unexpected consequences as a result of eating like a king for 3 days. I was plagued with headaches soon after eating these rich foods. After months of eating a healthy diet, this 3-day binge was a shock to my system. I canít say for sure the rich foods are to blame, but I donít normally get headaches. So next time I wont sample everything on my plate. :-)
