perhaps googy - i am not sure
dr. atkins (a cardiologist) has noted very strong indicators that his dietary
recommendations lead to a lowering of chlesterol levels. A recent independent
study confirmed it. i was more curious about using the supplements.
much of what i have read shows that dietary intake of cholesterol only
contributes about 1/5 (or less) to the total cholesterol measured in blood
tests. the rest is made by the body. so i figured i'd go for where the
'biggest bang for the buck' is ... and i gotta believe that being 28 lbs thinner
than i was when i started is good for me.
good luck and happy weekend :-)
