Hello, try any health food store, also you will need Guggul Lipid, E, B complex, fish oil, a lot of others, look under any messages with my name "Jay" for a somewhat complete listing. Also look for Bob Kowalski's book - The 8 week cholesterol cure. Worked for me. Plus you have to exercise hard. Jay
