I heard that high cholesterol level can be a genetic trait that you get from your parents. The last time I talked to my parents my father's cholesterol was a bit high and the blood pressure too. My mother's is okay. I think about that now and it makes me wonder if there will be anything that people can do to fix themselves from getting genetically high cholesterol level. I mean if it's genetic in my family then when I have children they'll have high level too and then they're children too. I wish there was a way to avoid that.
