: : I am now on tricor but would like to control it with diet. I am not overweight and I avoid high fat foods. Any advice out there?

: My husbands tris. went up a few months ago and they said to take in a lot of folic acid. That can be found in leafy green veggies and citris fruits. Good luck!!

His dr. said make sure it is 400mg of folic acid daily. Our multi vitamins have 400mg in them, so he said that was fine, just eat more leafy veggies and citris fruits. Next blood test, which was 2 weeks ago was much better. Hope this helps, and stay well.
