Last week I started for 1/2 hr. twice a week till I build up. Also started taking applecider vinegar. 1 tsp. daily mixed in water. I take a multi vitamin, 500 mg. of vitamin C, 500 mg. of Calcium in the a.m. and 500 mg. of vitamin E after dinner. Have yet to start on the other stuff, like soy and yeast. I thought taking niacin with Statins was a no-no? Also want to look into this CoQ 10 stuff. We are really trying here, trust me, and I do appreciate all input!
You’re correct JJ. Do not take Niacin if you’re on Baycol or any other type of statin medication.
