: Many of the questions on this board ask the same thing. I found a great book that answers these questions in an easy to read and easy to understand format. It is called "The Heart Disease Breakthrough" by Thomas Yannios, MD. He is a cardiologist.
: This book tells you what kinds of foods will help you depending on which lipids you are trying to effect. The book also has a list of exercises and how much benefit each one will give you. He also talks about heart disease that you may have inherited. Also which treatments or combination of treatments and suppliments are best for your type of lipid disorder. He spends a lot of time talking about Omega-3 fatty acids (cold water fish) and other natural strategies.
Thanks for the info, how much is the book?
