My fella just told me that they just discovered that his cholesterol level is slightly over 300. Neither us us know anything about this kind of condition. His doctor told him that he is a high candidate for a possible heart attack. This scares us both silly. We just found this out 2 days ago. Does anyone know of any direct links to information about what this might mean as far as his future health is concerned, and what we can do together to get him on the right track?
