Hi-I would think that since triglycerides can be elevated from too much stored sugar and carbs in your system, that a regular diabetic diet would work. It is restrictive for the same foods as those that cause the other problem. For more info, please ask your dr. to refer you to the nearest hospital to talk to their nutritionist. They are excellent free sources of initial help.
