: They will tell you that it doesn't, but trust me, it does. After one month in Jamaica, eating fish and exercising, my caffeine level was 245. Why? Because of the Blue Mountain coffee I drank. I want to file a civil action lawsuit. I've been studying caffeine for one year, because I was poisoned on plain, old American coffee. Just 2-4 cups a day. A host of other things happened too. Panic attacks, chest pains, cardiac arrythmia, hives, pins and needles. I need supporters, so that we can all get involved in this. I will do the work. I have a BA in writing and an Associates Degree in medical technology. I worked as a lab tech for 15 years. You want to know about cholesterol? Caffeine? Lawsuit? Just email me and ask. Hi Gia, I want to ask you why you want to impose your bad luck on other people in the form of a lawsuit? It must be the latest mentality. Please understand, if caffeine is bad for you, don't use it. I consume 30 to 40 cups of coffee, (with caffeine), every day and have done so for forty of my 67 years. My C=172, HDL is 66. BP is 128/72 at rest, and 143/82 after a hard day's physical work. I am 5'8" and overweight at 203lbs (although I have a 36" waist and do have a lot of muscle). I smoke yet I will never sue the tobacco companies for my stupidity. It's called taking responsibility for my own actions. Now if caffeine is bad for a percentage of humanity, tell them about it's being their poison, let me keep my food.
