I read alot about swollen glands. However, I am confused. I had what felt like a swollen gland maybe on my left side of the neck. The right side feels sore but not swollen. One doc said it was my carotid artery. It is very painful just when sitting here. I have pain when I press under my chin too. But when I feel it pulsating it feels almost like an earache, jawache and even my teeth hurt! Please give me some insight if you will. Thanks
