As I said in my previous email, it is very hard to contract HIV from oral sex, especially female to male. The fact she was menstruating (as you said in your previous posting) makes the risk slightly higher, but still low (there is not a large amount of HIV in menstrual blood).

Dry mouth could or could not be a symptom of HIV, although it's not one of the recognised symptoms of ARS. A dry mouth can also be caused, at this time of year, by central heating! I know you really want me to tell you you are negative, but only a test can do that.

If taking the test is simply uncomprehendable at the moment, I strongly advise seeking some counselling before your problem becomes an obsession.
