Tisoy, The scenario you describe may suggest that your hostess could have got some of her vaginal fluid on your face. There is risk of infection from what you describe, and the pimple you have got is not HIV related at all. You can, of course, contract HIV through intercourse so always use a condom in these circumstances. Best wishes, Rachael
