I'm sorry for the discomfort you must be in with you condition. If the doctor has tried you on many antibiotics, there is not really anything I can suggest.
Folliculitis can be exaggerated - but not caused - by the environment in which you live. Try taking a break for a few days (or weeks if you can afford the time) to give your body a change of environment. If you live in the City, head to the countryside.
Eat a healthy diet daily as well.
