For a long while now I keep getting a blotchy neck rash especially after getting worked up or hot and bothered. This includes having sex and sometimes in a car if it gets a little warm - its like getting a rashy hot flush (I am male). I also get it if I lay down straight on a bed or sofa and try and watch TV say (ie. my neck is bent). Normally the rash will have gone down in less than an hour easily. Anyone seen this? BTW the rash is NEVER itchy.
