First of all, please don't go to the Chiropractor anymore. I know a lot of people who believe in them but unfortunately sometimes they do more harm than good. I too have had severe whiplash and as a result had a really bad pinched nerve. I went for physical therapy for 3 weeks combined wiht taking medication and felt absolutely great after it.
Chiropractor's crack things that shouldn't be cracked. That's not how to heal anything. Sometimes it will make a patient feel great but only for a limited time and then they end up going right back to the Chiropractor. Have you ever noticed people who are treated by Chiropractors usually end up being treated by them for years??? I know doctors are even against Chiropractors. A good example is my friend's son who was in a skating accident 2 years ago. He was complaing his neck was really hurting him for 2 days and so he went to a Chiropractor who was going to work on him. Instead the mother took him to a doctor where he had Xrays that revealed he had a broken neck!! The doctor said Thank God the Chiropractor didn't start working on him otherwise he could of either died as a result of a broken neck or be paralized.
GOod luck to you. I hope my info. helps in your decision making.
