: I'm a 40 year old woman whose noticing more facial and body hair than ever. I've stopped wearing sleeveless shirts, dresses, and open tops because I'm embarassed by it, I feel like a man. Everytime I come out of the shower I always check my back to see if it's getting worse, and it is. I have dark hair, so my hair is more noticeable. I've tried bleach but does not last. Is there something that I can take internally that would stop the spreading? This is treatable...my daughter has it and is losing the excess ahir now. It does take months to get results, and she has to be on the med indefinately.
