Needing some advice

My 11yr old has been unwell for a few months now blood tests come back negative but with alow iron count,seeing a paediatrician not til the end of Sep.I think she has Glandular Fever has all tha right signs.but we have a problem as we are leaving the country at the end of the year to spend 5 years in Indonesia and we are needing to be immunised can she start having them to ,the doctors here can't seem to answer this question.Would appreciate any thoughts on this matter.
