STD are all detectable by tests, etc.

I am sure your symptoms are either from anxiety, guilty feelings, and/or fears over that behaviour, or if something of a truly physical source is happening, that it is totally unrelated. I have had similar symptoms that were not actually related to disease, and they went away finally, when I quit dwelling on them.

Try changing your thinking and be thankful you did not get an STD, instead of anxious, and you will likely find the symptoms dissappear over time.
