My son has a rash!

Hi

I am after some help. My wife has had a stroke and is in hospital and now my sone has developed a red rash.

Its mainly round the sweaty parts of his body but massses and masses of red blotches that itch are present.

My wife always cared for him and knew what measles and german measles looked like but I aint got a clue....HELP please..........
