: I am trying to find out about an antibiotic by the name of neifromicyn/niefriemycin? Not sure of the spelling. It is being used on staph infection.

Why use antibiotics when ther are so many natural harmless methods of treating disease. Antibiotics suppress the immune system, are dangerous (kill some people who are allergic to them) and in many instances are becomming more ineffective. Drug companies only use them because there is a lot of money in them. Around the world about 25% of people who come out of hospitals come out with an infection that is antibiotic resistant--yet hydrogen peroxide will eradicate all of these infections....but our wicked masters in the medical/pharmaceutical industry will not allow this cheap, natural substance to be used for that reason, it is too cheap.
If you bathe your infection with 3% hydrogen peroxide, it will get rid of golden staph very quickly. But there are many other ways of getting rid of any infection---drinking a glassfull of lettuce/carrot/celery juice each day will prevent any infection. Cat's claw, olive leaf, colostrum, thyme, echinacea, Vitamin C and many others will all stop such infections, and have no side-effects and will enhance the immune system rather than suppress it as does antibiotics.
Golden staph like any other infection is easy to cure when natural/alternative methods are used.
