My wife has been tested for a variety of illnesses including Lupus, MS, Lyme and others. We recently requested and received copies of her lab reports and found out that she has "abnormal" test results on the Epstein Barr Virus Assays (abnormal on IGG - both VCA and NA - and and normal on IGM). In addition, she has had four spinal taps and the protein in her spinal fluid has continued to climb (currently 75). We don't know how to interpret the test results and so far, the doctors have been stumped. Is it possible she has Epstein Barr and if so, what is the cure if any?
