I have extreamly irritated, itchy finger and toe nails. for a few months i have been treating this with a fungacide even though i do not believe this to be the cause, also tried antibiotic creams, no change. do others with psorisis have this problem and if so any suggestions would be most welcome. sounds trivial but it is driving me nuts, interfers with concentration, sleep etc. thanks for all suggestions
