glandular fever

hey..

i was unfortunate enough to contract glandular fever (also known as Infectious Mononucleosis).

Thankfully I'm recovering now but the question I have is this:

As it is known as the "kissing disease" and is passed on through saliva, how long will I have to wait before kissing again? How long will I be infectious for?
I don't want to pass it on!
