: Well, I really don't know much about low mobility, but I have taken clomid for awhile. Clomid can increase the number of follicles your body generates per cycle, so that could give the little guys more targets to aim for. The doctor could also do uterine insemination - that should help the mobility problem also. Good luck and e-mail me if you have any questions about the clomid.
__ your husband can also take clomid to increase sperm motility and count. Clomid works on males to increase there sperm productions. this may help you....good luck
