Infertility in both partners

My partner who is 27 has a low sperm count (6.9million) and i dont ovulate without the assistance of Clomid, im 22. I was wanting to find out if there is anyone out there with a sperm count that low that has produced a child naturally. My side of the infertility problem is sorted out while im on clomid, everything is now within normal limits, however in australia you can only be on clomid for 6months and we are already into our third month. We are now been refered to a reproductive specialist but we know that there is no way in the world that we could ever afford ivf or anything similar.
