: My partner who is 27 has a low sperm count (6.9million) and i dont ovulate without the assistance of Clomid, im 22. I was wanting to find out if there is anyone out there with a sperm count that low that has produced a child naturally. My side of the infertility problem is sorted out while im on clomid, everything is now within normal limits, however in australia you can only be on clomid for 6months and we are already into our third month. We are now been refered to a reproductive specialist but we know that there is no way in the world that we could ever afford ivf or anything similar.
: Thanks everyone in advance

Hi Cheri, my Husband had a low sperm count of 7 mil at one time its gone up since at that time the only hope was ivf he also had low motility, if he has good motility you could conceive either with iui or naturaly a urologist told me he has had patients conceive with 6 mil you need to chk the motility and maybe with surgery it could increase his sperm count, my hubbys is up to 23 mil with 25% motlity, 6 mil good ones were goint to do iui with clomid. Good luck
