I am 38 years old and I have had a history of somewhat high blood pressure while in a great normal physical conditon. Over a period of 4 years I have gained weight significantly. While on Blood P medication, my hair started to really fall out. My doctor thought it might be from the medications and took me off. Then about 5 months later, I missed my period, spotted the next time, and my hair really started to noticably come out! I have so far lost 50% of my hair thickness. It's not in clumps, just drastically thinning. My period has started spotting again after 6 months of no problems. I am suspecting PCOS. I have heard that "Glucophage" helps to combate PCOS and helps you drop weight, which helps reduce the testosterone stored in our fat cells, which in turn will help stop the hair loss.

Is this True? Does "glucophage" help? Is anyone having the same problem and I am? I would truly appreciate any information you may have on the subject. Please e-mail me directly.

Thanks, Carrie :-)

Thank
