I don't think Clomid improves egg quality,
but it helps you ovulate, and it only increases your chances of twins by 1-10%. Try this website: http://tryingtoconceive.com/clomid.htm This is my 2nd month trying it, it has helped my ovulate, but I have bad hot flashes from about day 7-15 of my cycle.
Good luck! Also, your doctor should give you a transvaginal ultrasound each month to make sure you haven't developed any cysts on your ovaries if you are using clomid too.

it just : I am thinking of asking my doc to try Clomid in a couple of months. I am 30 and had a tubal reversal last April '99 and got PG in Dec '99, but MC in January. Have been TTC now again for 6 months and nothing. I have 2 children who were conceived while on the pill and 2 weeks off the pill. I was much younger then, of course, but does Clomid help with egg quality too? Why are the dosages at different cycle days? I just want some info! Thanks!
