Hi Claire. I had an HSG about a year ago, and my periods didn't really change much right after. However, they did start to change a little while later after the stress of infertility began to take it's toll on me. I used to be totally right on schedule, always 28 days almost to the hour, but now they are anywhere from 23-30 days which makes it almost impossible to predict ovulation. I wouldn't be too concerned that the HSG has messed up your cycle.
