When I finally cnsulted doc she also said temp is not too reliable, she recommended OvuQuick instead --no other predictors,just this most expensive one! So I wouldn't put alot of energy and trust in temp based on my personal experience. Like other approaches,however, I did enjoy learning more and paying closerattention to the rhythms of my body -- something good about"low-tech." Good luck.
